While i was blog hopping, I came across a fellow blogger who used a book called, "The Green Smoothies Diet." She stated that instead of coffee, she simply makes a smoothie every morning for that much needed boost of energy and daily dose of vegetables. I thought to myself, I DEPEND on coffee every morning (at least two cups). That may be a bit of a problem...
SO, I'm ordering it. As a challenge to myself, I'm going to see if I can kick my addiction to coffee to the curb. Ironically, I'm drinking coffee right now... as I type.
I'll definitely keep you updated on my progress periodically and share some recipes with you : )
